Prime Video’s hit series The Boys is officially leveling up with its first video game adaptation, The Boys: Trigger Warning, slated for release in 2026.

The Fans are quite excited about it as well!

Developed by Brazilian studio ARVORE in partnership with Sony Pictures Virtual Reality, the title brings fans straight into the chaos of Vought International. Players will team up with The Boys on high-stakes missions, putting them “on the front lines of the war against Supes,” as revealed in the announcement.

Several familiar faces from the series are set to return.

  1. Laz Alonsoreprises his role as Mother’s Milk
  2. Colby Minifieis back as Ashley Barrett
  3. J. Byrnereturns as Adam Bourke
  4. And Jensen Acklesjoins as a darker, game-exclusive version of Soldier Boy

According to ARVORE founder Ricardo Justus, the project was built closely with the show’s writers and cast. He shared that their goal was to create a game that truly captures the show’s signature edge, humour, and brutal energy, boosted by ARVORE’s immersive tech.

Based on the popular comic, The Boys explores a world where superheroes are powerful celebrities who often misuse their abilities—while the ragtag team known as The Boys fights to expose and take them down.

The series, which premiered in 2019, is heading toward its grand finale with Season 5 releasing on April 8, 2026, followed by weekly episodes until May 20.

Meanwhile, the new VR game is already up for pre-order on Meta Quest and available to wishlist on the PlayStation Store. Fans can expect the same wild satire, chaos, and explosive action that define the universe of The Boys.
